On one of the Friday night recently, SuzailanJai, Andy Jamil and ahmadjaa went out for a night street outing. Razif Hadi was supposed to join in as well but something came up and he couldn’t make it. We met up in front of the Puduraya Bus Station before taking a walk within the station.

Actually, this is the first time we did a photoshoot at the Puduraya Bus Station. We were impressed with the new look of Puduraya Bus Station, clean and comfortable with better waiting spaces either with an air conditioning or without one.

After that, we went down to the Bus Parking area. It didn’t take us long until we were shown to the ‘No Photo’ signage by one of the security guard there. However, we managed to take a few snaps before we were chased away by the security guard.

We then proceed to the nearest exit and then took a short break to recharge ourselves and especially our mood again. Then, we continued our walk around Leboh Pudu and towards the Petaling Street area. We noticed people and traders at Petaling Street area were much more friendly compared with the security guard at the Pudu Bus Station and they didn’t really care when we took their photos.

Actually, this was our first time doing a night shooting at Petaling Street area. We found that the atmosphere of this place were so lively and the best part was that we really enjoyed ourselves taking photos without any disturbance at all. This is because Pealing Street is one of the tourist hot spot in Kuala Lumpur and many people come here now and then to take photos.

Since this was our first time being here during the night, we were not aware of the closing time of the stalls and shops. We initially thought that manyof the stalls will be opened till the late night but eventually by around 10.30pm, quite a number of sellers were packing up their stuff to call it a day. Then we moved towards “Central Market” expecting some lively crowds at that area but what we found was only silence and emptiness. Actually we didn’t expect this kind of sighting and moment especially in the heart of Kuala Lumpur itself. Unlike Bukit Bintang (Star Hill) area, the night become more alive as it gets older.

Unexpectedly, it was like a ghost town, empty and not many people can be seen around this area after most of the night stalls and shops were closed down. We then decided that it was time to call it a day as there were not many things more happening around. But one thing for sure is that we will be coming here again and of course earlier than before.
