This photo was taken during the 21st Borneo Safari extreme off road adventure from 24-31 October 2011. This photo is currently showcased at Borneo Safari home website which featured the Isuzu DMax monster off road machine.
I started my passion for 4×4 photography since 2008 and finally managed to join as media team (4wd-suv.com) to photograph the 4×4 adventure here in Sabah. The 21st edition of Borneo Safari adventure was to cover the route from the Kota Kinabalu to the hardcore section bordering the Crocker Range Park (Papar, Sabah). The Borneo Safari is known as extreme off road due to the frequent intense wet condition with rain and mud, thus for photography purpose it is recommended that camera gears to be in all-weather condition. I was using Olympus E-1 with 12-60mm and 70-300mm on my E-3 for this event where I was actually harnessed them to their maximum capability including the non weather-shield 70-300mm. The 22nd Borneo Safari edition code-named as Extreme Kinabalu will be held from 28/10 – 4/11, 2012 with more extreme challenges.
